We Solve Problems
When a client needed a custom etched glass window we created the design idea, cut the logo on a vinyl cutter, placed it over the glass and used a sand blaster to etch the design. You can see this work over the bar at the Cork and Barrel Restaurant in Round Rock, TX
The Men and Women of Toolmen
Toolmen is first and foremost a Team. We are small enough that the lines of communication are clear and heard by all. We seek individuals who fill in the cracks and lend each other a helping hand when needed. Leadership is by doing and doing is leadership.
We constantly train each other on various machines, programming and practices. We do this so that in case of a need anyone with some coaching can fill in and help.

John is a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Michigan who made his way to the Austin, TX area in 2002 to continue to grow the Toolmen business. He brings 40 years of design and control experience to Toolmen.
Lewis Lance
General Manager
Former General Manager of Texas Heat Treat and Vice President at BodyCote Lewis brings a wealth of Organizational Skills and Methodologies to Toolmen. With his guidance we are improving our organization's building blocks to form a stronger foundation for the future.
